ABOUT our founder

I started off as a kid who wasn’t suppose to make it past high school. I’ve heard the words “that’s impossible” or “you need to think more realistically” more times than I count. However, I was determined to become great, help people, and chase my dreams no matter how big or small they were.

So 13 years ago I dedicated myself to learning everything that I could that would help me improve my personal and professional development skills. Fast forward, I ended up making the varsity wrestling team, graduated high school, graduated college, and was selected as one of the top 35 young professionals in the county under 35 to name a few accomplishments.

Through out my college years, I would help friends and classmates improve their resumes, their LinkedIns, & their interviewing skills because I enjoyed helping people, and seeing people succeed was a really awesome feeling for me. So as the years went on the more knowledge and skills I learned from mentors, from being one of the ambassadors for my college’s school of business, from working in Human Resources, from being in multiple leadership roles for multiple clubs, and from helping facilitate multiple LinkedIn and resume workshops. The more knowledge and skills I shared with others.

Then the 2020 pandemic happened, as my peers and I was getting ready to graduate. A lot of the people we knew were either losing their jobs due to layoffs or struggling to find jobs due to the intense and highly competitive job market of the time.

Since I was fortunate enough to have a job the day after I finished my last college class. I wanted to help where I could so I started helping friends, family, and people in the community with their resumes, LinkedIns, and interview prep during my lunch breaks and time after work for free.

Even after I became apart of the waves of people affected by layoffs later on. I continued to help people while I helped myself find another job. The way that I saw it just because my hard times had started doesn’t mean the hard times had ended for the people I was helping.

So as you can see, helping people and seeing them succeed are two things I love doing. So I would love to be apart of your journey and help you chase your dreams while I chase my own dreams!
